Welcome to Warrington Fir Grove Hotel

The Warrington Fir Grove Hotel, nestled on Knutsford Old Road in the quaint village of Grappenhall, offers a warm, approachable stay just outside Warrington's bustling heart. With a solid 3.8 rating, it stands out as a reliable choice for travelers seeking comfort without pretense.

One of the hotel's greatest strengths lies in its attentive and personable staff. Guests frequently highlight their genuine kindness and willingness to go the extra mile, whether solving room issues promptly or engaging with visitors on a personal level. This human touch transforms a simple hotel stay into a more memorable experience.

The accommodations reflect a blend of classic and recently renovated spaces. While some rooms lack baths, showers are functional and the beds are notably comfortable. Cleanliness generally meets expectations, though minor lapses in dusting hint at room for improvement. Blackout curtains effectively ensure restful nights, an understated but appreciated feature.

Food at the Warrington Fir Grove Hotel deserves special mention. The dinner service impresses with fresh, hot meals that contrast sharply with the usual lukewarm hotel fare. Breakfast options cater well to varied tastes, offering both continental selections and a hearty fry-up that delights guests seeking a substantial start to their day.

Practical amenities such as free Wi-Fi, complimentary parking, and air-conditioning cater to the needs of modern travelers. The hotel's accessibility and kid-friendly environment make it a versatile option for families and individuals alike. Though it lacks a pool, fitness center, or airport shuttle, it compensates with a cozy bar and an in-house restaurant that enhance guest convenience.

Overall, the Warrington Fir Grove Hotel exudes a quietly confident charm. It’s a small gem balancing genuine hospitality with straightforward comfort. This balance, coupled with a convenient location ideal for sightseeing and leisure, makes it a compelling choice. Its subtle imperfections are overshadowed by attentive service and an inviting atmosphere that beckons visitors back.

We stayed here for 1 night. Lovely hotel lovely staff problem with our TV in our room we was moved straight away to another room. Dinner was lovely all fresh and hot which makes a change when you get to a hotel. Breakfast was a full continental style fry up was blooming delicious. The staff went above and beyond to help out especially the little things like learning my sons name and having a laugh with him. Makes your stay more enjoyable even enjoyed a small walk along the canal. Definitely I would visit again. Thank you fir grove

I stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms. Was a little disappointed with not having a bath but, the shower wasn't bad so, can't complain. The bed was comfy and the curtains did a very good job of blocking out the light. Although the room wasn't dirty, it could have done with a dusting before guests checked in. The food and drink price was pretty expensive. The staff were all helpful and did what they could to help with anything we asked.

The hotel itself is a small little gem in the outskirts of town, but it was the staff who made my stay special, in particular, Amy, the lovely blonde lady in Reception. My room had an issue with the shower not being able to turn on the hot water and Amy came up to the room with me upon request and moved me personally. Very extra step by the staff member that was appreciated. The room itself was very nicely decorated, very clean and the shower was new, clean and although not luxurious, it was very functional. All in all, I would recommend a stay.
